Pershing Field Park is a beautiful and relaxing park in Jersey City, perfect for families, walking, and spending time outdoors. The park has plenty of open space, walking paths, sports facilities, and a playground area for children. It has a lively neighborhood feel while still offering peaceful spots to sit and enjoy nature. We really enjoyed visiting the park with family. It’s a great place for kids to play, take a walk, or simply enjoy some fresh air. The park is well maintained and has a nice community atmosphere. Overall, Pershing Field Park is a wonderful local park and a great place to visit when you’re looking for some outdoor recreation in Jersey City. Highly recommended!

Awesome park with many things to do. Divided in sections and with ample of space. Pros: - 2 baseball grounds. - good kids play area at one side. - with splash pad for summers. Kids love it - nice walking, jogging track around baseball grounds. Didn’t measure the circuit length. - nice sitting and garden area at the back side of park secluded from these jogging areas and ground. If you wish to spend good time with family and friends. - tennis & basket ball courts. - they have county ice rink & swimming pool so very nominal fee per entry basis and well maintained. - they also conduct classes to teach and can register online via jcrec website. Its awesome. They teach well. - Reservoir park or walking track exactly next to park so very good if you like nature walking in middle of city. - city center so very accessible via all modes of transportation. A limited parking space is also there free of cost. Cons: Washrooms are not 24/7 so cant predict when its available. Cant rely basically on park washroom. I think its common problem with all city parks.

As Spring 2024 awakened so did these beautiful flowers, fortunately I had the chance to take some pics as I walked my aunty and her doggie. Pershing Park is one of the best neighborhood parks in all of New Jersey! Well attended and utilized by most if not all of the surrounding communities. It's worth the trip, #justdoit #donttellyourmom.-@darrel3000

Good place for kids to play in Jersey City Heights area. Packed with elders and kids around evening time. Good place for a walking or jogging. Not enough space for parking, only few spots near kids play area and couple of street parking spots.

A beautiful park right in the heart of heights area in jersey city. Its Big, Beautiful, eventful and highly connected location. Its a nice place for kids to play, to get some fresh air and to learn different sports. There is big loop available around the grass field for kids and adults to either run, walk or to ride a bicycle. Dont miss the war memorial here that is dedicated to vietnam war heroes. There are so many trees planted in their memories it felt so nice to see that. Also here you can enjoy both the cherry blossom and fall season. Winters are even more amazing when its covered with snow, you can go there with kids and family and make big and beautiful snow man. The only problem i see here is its kind of crowd y at evening time, but again, everyone whats to be at best place to spend some quality time and to make memories. Considering the pandemic situation, i will suggest to avoid occupying crowdy space. Wear mask and keep sanitizing your hands. Stay safe stay happy and stay healthy. Ciao!!
